From Saturday 11 November we will be serving you our version of the popular classic.
Our St Martin's goose is slowly braised and roasted until crispy. Served with smoked breast, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts and dumplings, it is a real treat for lovers of innovative yet traditional cuisine.
Book the 3-course menu with wild mushroom consommé and stuffed ravioli, SPINDLER St Martin's goose and for dessert poached pear, yoghurt sorbet and "Brittany shortbread" or à la carte.
