New Year's Eve in France is celebrated with a big dinner and close friends, it's a true celebration of ‘joie de vivre’. We want to do the same and celebrate together with you at SPINDLER!This year's New Year's menu is a magnificent selection of the most amazing classic French delicacies: lobster, oysters, foie gras, truffles & more.

Before welcoming the New Year with some champagne at midnight, we have raided our wine cellar for you to find the perfect accompaniment and will serve some great wines throughout the night to pamper your palate.

In addition we have a little New Year's surprise for you. There is the French tradition that just before midnight every guest will receive ‘Papillotes’, chocolates wrapped in paper with a good luck message for the New Year. We are very excited to start 2025 with you.
