This year's Food Week “Stadtmenu” is all about meat enjoyment. We wouldn't be the SPINDLER team if we just made it easy for ourselves.

Instead of throwing a piece of "New Meat" on the grill, Nicolas Gemin & Dean Sprave has created a 3-course menu with classical dishes that will make every meat lover's heart melting.

Tartare - grilled Chicken - Cheesecake

Ok, the cheesecake is originally without meat, but we forgot the cheese in the cake and serve it vegan, like the rest of the whole menu.

If we can convince just one of you, that a vegan 3-course menu can taste just as delicious as grilled meat, our plan this year to make vegetables tasty for meat eaters has definitely worked out. 

We are looking forward to get a lot of reservation requests from all of you, as always, please reserve in time, cause seats are limited.
